You Have Spent So Long Trying to Understand Your Body. You Deserve to Be Understood, Too.
Personalised virtual yoga mentorship for women living with PCOS, PCOD and endometriosis.

Perhaps you have become the person who always says, “I’m fine.”

You say it when your period is late again. When your body feels different from the way it used to. When you cancel plans because of pain or exhaustion. When you are tired of explaining symptoms that other people cannot see.

Perhaps you have searched for answers late at night, saved yoga videos, followed routines, visited doctors, taken prescribed medicines and promised yourself that this time you would be more consistent.

And perhaps, despite all that effort, you still have questions.

Am I doing enough? Am I doing the right things? Why does looking after my health feel so difficult?

If these questions sound familiar, I want you to pause here for a moment.

You do not have to prove how hard you have been trying.

You do not have to feel ashamed because your experience has been complicated.

And you do not need another person promising that one routine will magically fix everything.

You deserve to be listened to, to understand your options, and to receive support that takes your individual circumstances seriously.

What if your yoga practice finally started with you?

Not with a generic timetable.

Not with the assumption that every woman with the same diagnosis needs the same routine.

Not with the expectation that you will always sleep well, feel energetic, have uninterrupted time or follow every instruction perfectly.

With you.

Your circumstances. Your experience. Your goals. Your comfort. Your daily life.

I offer a highly personalised, one-to-one virtual yoga mentorship for women navigating PCOS, PCOD and endometriosis.

My journey with yoga began at the age of eight. With over 10 years of teaching experience, I bring traditional yoga into a structured mentoring approach that includes individual practice planning, appropriate movement, breathing awareness, relaxation, meditation, daily journaling and regular review.

I want to understand the person who arrives for the session, not simply the diagnosis written on a medical report.

Because two women can have the same condition and experience it in entirely different ways.

One may struggle with an unpredictable menstrual cycle. Another may feel distressed by changes in her skin or hair. Another may live with recurring pelvic pain. Another may feel overwhelmed by trying to manage everything while maintaining a career, relationships and family responsibilities.

Their needs are not interchangeable.

Your practice should not assume that they are.

Medicine matters. So does the way you live each day.

I will never ask you to choose between medical care and yoga.

PCOS and endometriosis are genuine medical conditions that may require ongoing treatment. Yoga does not cure either condition, and I cannot promise that it will normalise hormones, restore fertility or eliminate pain.

What yoga may offer is a supportive way to work on movement, relaxation, body awareness and sustainable habits. Individualised guidance can help you explore how these practices fit into your real life, while your healthcare team continues to address your medical needs.

My role is to help you build a thoughtful, sustainable yoga practice within my qualifications.

Not to replace your doctor.

Not to promise a miracle.

And never to make you feel that continuing symptoms mean you have failed.

More than a class. A relationship with your practice.

Imagine having a mentor who understands the goals you have agreed upon, remembers the difficulties you have shared, reviews your feedback and considers appropriate adjustments.

You had a poor night’s sleep. Your routine was interrupted by a family commitment. You feel unusually tired.

Instead of automatically repeating the same demanding sequence, we can consider whether a modified practice, gentle movement, relaxation or postponement is more appropriate that day.

That is the kind of individual attention I want to provide.

My work also includes maintaining separate notebooks for students, reviewing relevant records, planning upcoming practices and dedicating time on Sundays to weekly review and preparation.

I deliberately limit my enrollment to a maximum of 10 students because this kind of attention takes time.

I will not accept someone simply because they can pay. I want to understand their goals and expectations first.

Investment: ₹40,000 per month. A three-month commitment is recommended, with payment at the beginning of each month rather than all three months upfront.

Before any payment, we will have a discovery call to understand your goals and decide whether we are the right fit.

I do not want you to enrol because you are frightened, desperate or afraid of missing an opportunity.

I want you to enrol only if you understand the programme, believe it suits your needs, and can comfortably afford it.

Perhaps you have been searching for someone who will take your experience seriously.

You do not have to decide anything just because these words resonate with you.

Start with a conversation.

Tell me what you are hoping to work towards. Ask me what the mentoring involves. Find out what I can genuinely offer and what falls outside my expertise.

If we are a suitable fit, we can discuss the next step. If we are not, I will be honest with you.

[Book Your Discovery Call]

No automatic enrollment. No guaranteed medical outcomes. Just an honest conversation about whether personalised yoga mentoring belongs in your journey.

Online only. Enrollment is subject to a discovery call and mutual agreement.
